This Age of Empire 3 cheats aren’t case sensitive, but ensure spaces and spelling are all correct.

In the Age of Empires 3 Definitive Edition, entering any cheats will prevent the user from obtaining any achievements or medals in that session. The only exception is the “tuck tuck tuck” code, which can be used to obtain any achievement or medal (provided the player has a Town Center or any other gather point where home shipments arrive).

Speed always wins = Speed up building, research, shipments, and gather rates by 100 times for all players. Using the code a second time cancels its effects;

This is too hard = Win in singleplayer/Advance to next mission;

Shiver me timpers! = Destroys all the enemy boats on the map;

Cowhax = Turns all living units within the map into Cows;

Red pocket = Spawns a Lion Dance Parade at the player’s Town Center, gifting them resources, 15.000 food, 15.000 wood, 15.000 coin, 15.000 experience. (Lunar New Year Event);

Safari = Spawns 12 random huntables;

All your base are belong to us <0-8> = Assumes control of the given player, although AI still be able to perform other actions as they see fit. Using with 0 takes control of Mother Nature units. Hunted animals can be moved, but will attempt to return to their original spot if stopped. The player’s units will not be held by AI and will be idle until the cheat is used to return to them. If the cheat is used to move to a defeated opponent, the game will immediately end;

Trojan cow = Spawns a Wood Cattle;

Social media = Adds 10,000 influence;

Devasd = Enables Master mode. Gives 10,000 experience points, 10,000 of every resource, fully reveals the map, grants a trickle of 400 experience points, increases the speed of the player’s explorer unit to 10 times its base speed, and increases build, research, shipment, and gather rates by 100 times only for the player. Spawns 3 extremely powerful Gatling Camels that fire lasers like the Lazerbear;

I spit on you = Spawns 1 extremely powerful Gatling Camel that fire lasers similar to those of the Lazerbear;

Venividivinci = Spawns a Leonardo’s Tank with increased stats;

Feeling whelmed now? = Turns all living units and buildings on the map into Leonardo’s Tank;

Mercator = Reveals the entire map, while also removing the Fog of War effect;

Honey badger don’t give a = Spawns a Honey Badger;

The king of all beasts = Spawns 2 Guardian Lions;

Granny nanny = Turns all villagers into Dahomey Amazons;

Release the hounds = Turns all units into Wolf Beasts;

I don’t exist = Spawns a Penguin;

Flying dutchman = Enables all naval units to move on land;

No fog = Reveals the map and all enemy units;

Hide ui = Hide the UI;

Blah blah blah = Grants an immediate Victory.

1 – Card Hack (Skirmish Mode):

Note: This involves altering a critical game file. Back up your files before you alter your FAT.

Locate the “sp_NameOfCity_homcity.xml” file in your Age of Empires 3 savegame directory. Edit or open the file using Notepad or a similar text editor. In the file, search for the text similar to the string and you should find a list of all the cards available for the game.

Place the technology card you want in between the section and you should be able to play any of the cards you want. Save the XML file and boot the game. Note that normal game restrictions of having only eleven cards is still in effect.

2 – Unlimited Unlock Points (single-player):

Note: This involves altering a critical game file. Back up your files before you alter your FAT.

Locate the “sp_yourcityname_homecity.xml” file in your Age of Empires 3 savegame directory. Edit or open the file using Notepad or a similar text editor. In the file, search for the line devoted to skillpoints, which should look like follows:

Instead of “##”, you will see the number of skillpoints you currently possess, which you can change to a much higher number (for example, 999). Then save the file and start playing the game in single-player. Manage your city and you will find that you now have the number of skillpoints you specified a moment ago, while editing the save file.

3 – Easy Leveling in Single Player:

Open the “sp_yourcityname_homecity.xml” file in the Age of Empires 3\Savegame (dont forget to make a back up first) folder, search for.

You will see something like this “xx”, put in 99 for the “xx”, save the file, go into the game and play a skirmish. Now you are level 99!
